INGREDIENTS
A freezer-chilled Highball glass
(Ideally thin-glass to keep cooler for longer)
6 and ⅓ oz of good quality chilled club soda or soda water
2 oz of Artist Blend (Frozen overnight)
One thumb-sized piece of lemon peel to garnish (Optional)
(Ideally thin-glass to keep cooler for longer)

METHOD
Combine the whisky and soda in the chilled glass.
Express the lemon peel over the drink, if using.
