Nectar Hour Highball

GLASS:

Highball

 

GARNISH:

Fresh peach wedge and fresh thyme sprigs

 

METHOD:

Combine all ingredients and infuse for 24hrs in the fridge. Fine strain or pass through a coffee filter, and bottle until ready to use.

 

SERVE:

Pour into ice filled frozen glass, add 5ml lemon juice and top with 35ml cold soda water.

 

INGREDIENTS: 

175ml Nectarosity

125ml Oaky Chardonnay

100ml Grilled Tinned Peaches

25g Light Soft Brown (Muscavado) Sugar

1g Pink Peppercorns

Fresh Thyme Sprigs 

Sea Salt

20ml Lemon Juice

140ml Soda Water
