The Crimson Toast

SERVES 4

Coupette

METHOD:

Combine all ingredients in a clean jug or bottle, stir to combine and place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours until ready to use. 

 

SERVE:

Pour into frozen coupette glass and top with 30ml Champagne.

 

INGREDIENTS: 

160ml Crimson Casks

40ml Coconut Water

40ml Honey

10ml Balsamic Vinegar

120ml Water

TO SERVE: 120ml Champagne
