No Name, No. 3

No Name, No. 3

Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

48.9% ABV, Natural Colour, Not Chill-Filtered.

Our series studying heavily-peated malt whisky reaches a somewhat over the top crescendo with this release. No Name No. 3 marks a further point on the spectrum of peat. It is older, wilder and weirder than the previous No Names.
The final whisky in the No Name series champions seaweedy peatiness from the Laphroaig Distillery, enriched by succulent fruit and smoke from the Bowmore Distillery.
Even fruitier than No Name, No. 2 and almost as smoky as No Name. The peat character is more medicinal than No Name, with a beautiful heathery and tropical fragrance.

Intense Smoke, Tropical Sweetness

Seriously Smoky

The third and final release in our No Name series, please welcome to the stage No Name. No. 3 – a rock opera of a whisky. In our OTT operatic crescendo, following from the thrash metal of No Name and the progressive rock of No Name, No. 2, we find the double act of barbecue-scented single malt from theLaphroaig distillery supported by single malt from the Bowmore distillery. Seriously smoky, yet fruity and graceful – like a barbecue in an orchard.

For a complex whisky with such illustrious components, we recommend enjoying neat or alongside a full-bodied blue cheese like Stichelton.
